1. Dispatch and Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes commence once customers' payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, which typically occurs within 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment.
- For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
- For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.
Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as courier availability, shipping address location, and external circumstances beyond our control.
2. Delivery Partners and Limitations
Our delivery partners, including Australia Post, Aramex, and Allied Express, handle the shipping and delivery of orders. While we strive to work with reliable courier partners, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as these are outside of our control.
3. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, our customer service representative will contact you via email to arrange for re-delivery or provide further assistance.
4. Inaccurate Address and Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt
If there are any address discrepancies with your order and the product is returned to us, a member of our customer care team will be in touch to address the issue. Please note that a re-delivery cost may occur for products that are returned due to inaccurate address details.
In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, a notification will be left in your mailbox to arrange for parcel pickup at your local post office (for Australia Post deliveries). For deliveries by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance to deliver the item at your convenience. Please note that a re-delivery cost may occur if you are not available at the arranged time.
5. Rejected by Receiver
If your order is intended as a gift, please ensure that the receiver is aware to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may occur if the parcel needs to be resent due to rejection by the receiver.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided, please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons beyond our control. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Undeliverable Postcodes
We aim to deliver products Australia-wide, but there are certain postcodes that may be undeliverable for some SKUs. Additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas, and orders with no shipment service will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Please contact your account manager for more information if you require delivery to remote areas.
8. International Shipping and P.O. Boxes
Please note that we currently do not ship internationally, and we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
